Where will my nearest CARZ dealership be?

Can I still buy a brand new vehicle from my local CARZ dealership?

At CARZ we have 1000s of nearly new and used cars, some of which have extremely low mileage and massive savings on price new, so it may be beneficial to consider if a nearly new car is a better option for you. If however you would like a brand new vehicle we have lots of choice at Peter Vardy leasing, browse online here.

 

What should I do when I want to trade in my current vehicle, or my agreement comes to an end?

Simply give us a call like you normally would, and we can take a look at your finance agreement and find the best deal for you. Within our dealership we will have nearly new cars (with mileage as low as 10 miles) and used cars but you can enquire about a brand new vehicle via Peter Vardy Leasing.

 

Will I still receive the Peter Vardy 5 Star Service?

Of course, our friendly sales team will remain the same and our processes have been improved so if anything, it will now be a 5+ star service you receive! Our dealership many look different, but the Peter Vardy values remain the same.

Can I still get my manufacturer service with you?

Yes, we will continue to supply manufacturer parts from our suppliers and our wide range ow parts stock to ensure your servicing is in line with Vauxhalls Manufacturer warranty.

 

Will I invalidate my Vauxhall warranty if I come to you to service my car?

No – we will ensure we use the correct parts for your service to ensure your warranty remains valid.

 

Can I still get my MOT and service done on my Vauxhall?

Yes we will still continue to carry out all service / MOT’s and repairs for all of our Vauxhall guests at all of our CARZ dealerships.

 

I have a service plan with you. What happens now?

We will continue to honour your service plan and will continue to do all scheduled servicing as per our agreement. We also have a new service plan offer should you wish to join our Carz Club.

 

I have an issue with my car that I believe is warranty – can you do this repair?

We can do all repairs on your vehicle except for warranty work. We will no longer be able to process a warranty claim with Vauxhall.

 

My car has a warning light on. Can you still check this?

Yes absolutely – we can check and do initial diagnosis to both Vauxhall and several other franchises. Please call us to make a booking.

 

My car needs an MOT – Can you still do MOT’s?

Yes, we can and will do any make and model of MOT. You can also get family discount on all MOT’s for life when you join our new CARZ Club.
