Competition terms and conditions

Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 17 and over. Employees and their immediate families of Peter Vardy Limited and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. No third-party entries.

No competition entry fee, no purchase necessary.

Entry is gained by commenting on one of the Facebook or Instagram competition posts with the answer to the question "What is the maximum range of the new BMW iX3 electric in miles?"

Closing date for all entries is Thursday 9th September 2021 at 15:00 (3PM) UK time.

The competition is open to entries on Facebook and Instagram. Multiple entries across multiple platforms are allowed, however only one prize per winning entrant will be awarded.

From all correctly answering entrants, three (3) winners will be selected to win a pair of tickets to Edinburgh Rugby vs Newcastle on Saturday September 11th 2021.

Winners will be notified via a private message on the social media platform they entered on. We will contact the winners by 6pm on Thursday 9th September 2021.
Each winner will be allocated 2 tickets to be collected at the ticket office of Edinburgh Rugby on the day of the match. If the prize is unclaimed no alternative tickets will be offered.

No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable. Prize does not include costs of any travel or accommodation.

The promoter’s (Peter Vardy Limited) decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

The promoter (Peter Vardy Limited) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

Peter Vardy Limited reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.

Peter Vardy Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that Peter Vardy Limited shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

These rules are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
