FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the Team Run Promotion ("Promotion") and apply to you so far as the law permits so please read them carefully.
- This Promotion is open to all UK & Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Peter Vardy Group their associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
- To enter the Promotion you will require internet access and a Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account.
- To submit a valid entry you must:
- follow @rugbyhub on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram
- complete the entry form linked on the relevant competition post on the @rugbyhub or Peter Vardy social sites
- Only one entry per person and per account is permitted. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.

- If your account is set to “private,” your comments may not be visible in the Promoter’s timeline and therefore may not be received by Promoter. Therefore, if your account is set to private, your entries will only be visible if you have previously consented to permit @rugbyhub to see your updates.
- There will be one prize draw on the date specified 18 February 2022
- All valid entries will become eligible to win tickets upon entry. Entries are valid for 1 draw on the day of entry and will not be carried over to subsequent draws.
- The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
- No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Any entry that is deemed as offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information will not be granted approval and will therefore be excluded from the Promotion.
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- Each entry:
- must be suitable for display and publication online and should not be obscene or indecent including but not limited to nudity, pornography or profanity. It must not contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business or group, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards;
- must not contain or reference Peter Vardy or third party trade marks or logos
- Entries received in connection with this promotion may be reviewed by the Promoter or a third party moderator after they have been placed online to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. If any such entries are or could reasonably be construed as being unlawful or contrary to these terms and conditions, we may remove them immediately. The Promoter reserves the right to delete or remove any published entries at any time without prior notice to entrants.
- If you submit an entry that includes material the rights in which are owned by a third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademarks, you will be responsible for any legal action that party may take against you.
- Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold Promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit either Promoter liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
- One winner from the draw will be chosen at random from all eligible entries via a random number generator. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes: There will be a total of one winner who will receive two places at the Scotland team run held at BT Murrayfield Stadium (Roseburn St, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ) on 25th February 2022 at time to be confirmed by promoter.
- does not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks or expenses of any kind.
- The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion, modify these terms prior to the closing date, vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it. The Promoter is entitled to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify these rules prior to the closing date by prior notice.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not received by the winner.
- The odds of winning will depend on the total number of valid entries received.
- Following the prize draw, the Promoter will notify the prize winner by telephone on the number provided in the entry form or direct message using the entrant’s social media account details. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final.
- The Prize Winner must respond within 24 hours of being notified to claim their prize by replying to the direct message and supplying details including their name and an email address to send information to. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided to enter the promotion and the winner's details will be shared with the Promoter’s authorised agents for the purposes of supplying the prizes. If any prize is not claimed within the time frame specified, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion in a manner consistent with these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to or disqualify any entrant whose conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute. In the event of such disqualification the Promoter may award the applicable prize to another entrant.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Twitter, Facebook & Instagram for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
- The Promoter will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion or as a result of your participation in the Promotion and any activities the prize-winning entrants undertake as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the Promotion does not run as planned. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of the Promoter or their group companies and contractors for (a) death or personal injury caused by either the Promoter or each of their group companies and contractors negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for the Promoter to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion as may be reasonably required by the Promoter with no recompense and the winner, on behalf of themselves and their guest, agree to such publicity and the use of their image in any media.
- The winner’s details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to within ten weeks after the 27 Feb 2022
- By entering this Promotion, you consent to your data being stored, transferred and processed in the United Kingdom (and potentially the EU) by the Promoter, its group companies and its authorised third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to contact you if you win a prize and to organise its delivery. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize, including couriers.
- Force Majeure: Promoter shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of these terms and conditions including whether any event or match takes place, due to any act or omission beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to epidemics, pandemics, flood, fire, earthquake, drought or other natural disaster, war terrorism, civil unrest, riots or threats of war, terrorism, civil unrest or riots, any action taken by a governmental or public authority of any kind (including not granting a consent, exemption, approval or clearance), an event of national significance (including any day of national mourning) or any other events, which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by the Promoter.
- As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
