Competition terms and conditions

Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 17 and over. Employees and their immediate families of Peter Vardy Limited and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. No third-party entries.

No competition entry fee, no purchase necessary.

Entry to win a Scotland Rugby Team shirt is gained by completing the form linked in the Facebook post.
Entry to win tickets to Scotland vs Tonga on October 30th is gained by posting a photo which, follows the specifications inthe post, to social meda and tagging Peter Vardy Limited and using the hashtag #petervardyrugby.

Closing date for shirt prize draw entries is Wednesday 15th September 2021 at 15:00 (3PM) UK time.
Closing date for tickets draw entries is Monday 25th October 2021 at 23:59 (11:59PM) UK time.

The competition is open to entries on Instagram and Twitter. Multiple entries across multiple platforms are allowed, however only one prize per winning entrant will be awarded.

Only one winner will be chosen per prize draw.
No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
Prize does not include costs of any travel or accommodation.
If prize tickets are unused no alternative tickets will be offered.

Shirt winners will be contacted by telephone or email and entering this draw grants Peter Vardy Limited permission to contact the winner regarding their prize.
Ticket winners will be contacted by direct private message on the social platform on which they entered. By entering the contest to win tickets, participants grant Peter Vardy Limited permission to contact them privately in the event that they win.

The promoter’s (Peter Vardy Limited) decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

The promoter (Peter Vardy Limited) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

Peter Vardy Limited reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.

Peter Vardy Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that Peter Vardy Limited shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

These rules are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
